Order processing and pharmacy dispensing
Order processing and pharmacy dispensing will be suspended between 22 December and 3 January.
What does this mean?
This means that orders placed on or after 22 December will be processed on 3 January.
To ensure shipping before Christmas, orders must be placed by 20 December 2022.
Medical Assessments
Our Medical team may still be available at reduced hours depending on the doctor's availability.
What does this mean?
New and existing patients can apply for a prescription during the Christmas period. The review slots will be open in the booking portal if a doctor is available.
Please note: The order processing and pharmacy dispensing cut-off period applies for all orders placed between 22 December and 3 January, including patients who have obtained a script during the pharmacy dispensing suspension period.
