Our Story. Est. 2021.

Quit Hero began in 2021 with a simple belief shared by two Brisbane locals:

There had to be a better way to quit smoking.

Like many Australians, we’d seen how hard quitting really is. It’s not just about nicotine. It’s about habit, routine, triggers, and the little moments tied to smoking every day — the morning coffee, the drive home, the stress break, the rituals that can be harder to change than the cigarette itself. We knew quitting needed more than a shelf full of products. It needed real support, real understanding, and a service that treated people like people.

So we started small in Coorparoo — with one independent doctor, one pharmacist and one packer doing everything we could to help people take the next step away from smoking. There were no big investors, no corporate backers, and no flashy office. Just a small local team with a genuine belief that we could make quitting feel more supported, more personal, and more achievable.

What began as a tiny Brisbane operation has grown into a team of more than 10 people, but our values haven’t changed.

Today, Quit Hero is powered by caring doctors, pharmacists who answer the phone themselves, warehouse staff who pack every order with care, and an in-house creative team bringing the brand to life. And of course, there’s Bella — our office dog — who keeps the mood up and reminds us not to take ourselves too seriously.

We’re still proudly local, still based in Brisbane, and still close to the people we help. When customers call, it’s a pharmacist who picks up. When someone has a question, they get a real answer from a real person. When someone visits us in person, they’re met with a team that knows this journey matters. We’re not a faceless corporation. We’re a close-knit team that cares deeply about helping people move forward, one step at a time.

Every consultation, every call, every order packed — it’s all done by people who genuinely want to help.

Because for us, this has always been more than a business.
