Your safety is important to us. Please read this carefully before collecting your order.

Our collection point is accessed via a shared car park and walkway. This is a common area used by multiple businesses and the public, and is not exclusively controlled by us.
2. Environmental Hazards
As an open, shared environment, the area is exposed to weather and third-party activity. You acknowledge there may be hazards present, including but not limited to:
- debris (e.g., wood, leaves, litter, gravel);
- uneven surfaces, potholes, or loose gravel;
- puddles or wet surfaces after rain; and
- other hazards caused by third parties or weather.
3. Your Responsibility
When you attend to collect your order, you agree to:
- take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of any children or companions;
- watch where you are walking, especially on gravel, uneven surfaces, or in wet conditions;
- wear appropriate footwear for outdoor conditions; and
- avoid the area if you believe it is unsafe for you.
4. Limitation of Liability (Property Damage Only)
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law and Civil Liability Act 2003 (Qld)):
- We do not accept liability for any economic loss or damage to personal property (including footwear, clothing, or vehicles) resulting from the general environmental condition of this shared area.
- We do not guarantee that the shared outdoor areas will be free of debris, hazards, or defects at any time.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other legislation which cannot be lawfully excluded. If a court finds that any part of this disclaimer is invalid, the rest of the disclaimer continues to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Reporting Hazards
If you notice a hazard in the shared outdoor area, please let us know immediately. While we do not exclusively control this area, we may be able to alert the relevant party or take reasonable steps (e.g., placing a temporary warning) to help keep customers safe.
